I get it: change is not easy. In fact, it took me several times to fully implement what I knew was the healthiest lifestyle for me…
So trust me, I know the struggle can be real.
I’d like to help you get on the right track, but first, here are three questions you should ask yourself.
#1: What Do You Want to Achieve?
Think about what you REALLY want:
- To lose weight and keep it off?
- To get rid of your acne and scars once and for all?
- To have a significant reduction in hair growth (PCOS talk here…so we’re not talking about the hair on the scalp)?
- To have a better self-image; a boost in your self-confidence?
- To increase your chances of getting pregnant while living with PCOS?
If you’ve answered yes to at least one of those points above, then we could work together to achieve your goal!
#2: What Do You Expect From Me?
First off, I have to warn you: there’s no miracle cure here. You’ll have to do the work; you’ll have to overcome the struggles. Hence, it won’t be easy. There is no quick fix when it comes to PCOS. It usually requires much work from us than from the rest of the women out there.
But I can guarantee you can feel better; that PCOS is not a “slow death sentence,” as some of us may think. By getting informed about what is going on with your body when you have PCOS, and how it reacts to different things (the environment, food, exercise), we can certainly hope to achieve long-lasting results.
My experience as a health coach and a nurse will help to guide the agenda, but YOU are in command. You’re the game changer. It’s your health that’s at stake, and at the end of the day, we could talk about health forever: if you don’t feel you need to change, you simply won’t. So this has to be a no-brainer in your mind before we can even start working together.
#3: How Can We Work Together?
As a health coach, my primary mandate will be to equip you to make better lifestyle choices. We will work together to understand what you want; analyze your feelings of ambiguity towards change, and work from a ”I think I’m willing to change” mindset to a ”Where do I start to change.” You can get there, and you will get there in due time. In your own timing and terms. We will set goals that are realistic and attainable. And we will work on those goals.
All of this can be done using Whatsapp, or Skype, or any other video-based tool you prefer. We set follow-up times that suit your schedule.
